ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TooLuxeHair LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

At TooLuxeHair LLC, we value transparency and want our customers to fully understand our policies before purchasing. Please review carefully.

TooLuxeHair LLC does not offer refunds once the order is placed the order is final
The only way to receive a refund is through an approved insurance claim. If you purchased package protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the insurance provider.
Once approved, the insurance provider will issue your refund. TooLuxeHair LLC does not issue refunds directly.

All orders placed on TooLuxeHair LLC are final.

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason. Please ensure that all order details—including your shipping address, product selection, and contact information—are correct before completing your purchase.

TooLuxeHair is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

Package protection is available at checkout.
If you decline insurance, TooLuxeHair LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
If you add insurance, you may choose to receive either:
- A refund issued by the insurance provider, or
- A replacement order shipped to you.

If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Tooluxehair@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review your case and provide a resolution.
All other sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Claims for insured packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date (for missing packages).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
