Terms & Conditions – TooLuxeHair

By placing an order with TooLuxeHair, you agree to all policies stated on our website. Please read carefully before completing checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Thursday only). Orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing the next business day (Monday).

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days after processing is complete.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  • We only ship Monday through Thursday, between 10am–5pm CST.

Shipping Protection & Delivery Responsibility

  • TooLuxeHair offers package protection insurance at checkout.

  • If you decline package protection, TooLuxeHair LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If you add package protection, you are eligible to file a claim if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once approved by the insurance provider, you may receive either:

    • A refund from the insurance provider, or

    • A replacement order shipped to you.

  • To file a claim, please visit: https://claims.route.com/ 

  • For packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, TooLuxeHair is not responsible if package protection was not purchased.

Purchase Agreement Form 

  • A Purchase Agreement form must be completed before your order can be  shipped.

  • Orders without a completed form will be on hold until the form is completed

Waiver of Disputes

  • By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you understand and accept our stated processing and shipping times.

  • You also waive the right to dispute any charge with your bank for a refund. TooLuxeHair LLC does not offer refunds. All sales are final
