Processing Time

All orders require 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Business days are Monday through Thursday only and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday).
Shipping Time

Shipping time is estimated to take 3–5 business days after processing is completed.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control.
Shipping Protection

TooLuxeHair offers package protection insurance at checkout.

If you decline package protection, TooLuxeHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed to the carrier.

If you add package protection, you are eligible to file a claim if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Once approved by the insurance provider, you may receive either:

A refund from the insurance provider, or

A replacement order shipped to you.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

If package protection is declined, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

TooLuxeHair is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages without package protection.
Purchase Agreement Form

An Purchase agreement Form must be completed before your order can be processed and shipped.

Orders without a completed form will remain on hold until the form is received.
Disputes & Chargebacks

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding that processing and shipping times are clearly outlined on our website.
